Haag Streit Octopus Visual Field Analyzer

The Octopus 300 visual field analyzer measures hundreds of points of light in both your central and peripheral (side) vision in only four minutes.  This instruments speed and accuracy is a significant advancement over previous field testing you might have experienced.  We use it both for routine screening and also for the monitoring of vision loss due to conditions like glaucoma, strokes and even brain tumors.

ReSeevit Digital Imaging System

In our continued efforts to bring the most advanced technology to our patients, Moore Family Eyecare utilizes the ReSeevit Digital Imaging System. This allows us to assess and photo document the front surface of the eye.  You can actually view these images while in the exam room.  This allows Dr. Moore to educate you on your eye health and make important comparisons should potential problems arise in the future.

Good Eyecare Begins With A Yearly Exam!

The best way to protect your vision is with a yearly eye checkup. Although many people have heard about glaucoma and macular degeneration, few of them understand these conditions. Often there are no warning signs until substantial vision loss has occurred. General health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure can also have a detrimental effect on vision. Early detection and treatment is key in preventing permanent vision loss.
